State Cost Share Program:
The Iowa Financial Incentive Program is administered by the local Soil and Water Conservation District with policy and the administrative assistance of the Iowa Department of Agriculture and Land Stewardship Division of Soil Conservation. The state cost share program will provide up to 50% financial assistance of the actual or estimated cost, whichever is less. Contact the Harrison County SWCD office for their cost share policy or any questions.

Low Interest Loan Program:
The Iowa Water Quality Loan Fund is a source of low-cost financing available to landowners for eligible practices. Loans may range from $5,000 up to $500,000 per borrower with terms up to 15 years. You can fund up to 100% of the actual costs at an interest rate for the life of the loan through your local lender. The practice must meet NRCS specifications.
